The World Needs Better Batteries

Greater Energy Capacity
Lithium-sulphur batteries have a theoretical maximum energy density more than five times greater than lithium-ion batteries.
Lighter Weight
Lithium-sulphur batteries are far lighter than lithium-ion, a major advantage for drones, aviation, electric vehicles, wearables and portable devices.
Lower Cost per KWh
Lithium-sulphur batteries do not require the expensive cobalt, nickel, manganese and other heavy metals that are used in many lithium-ion batteries.

Lithium sulphur batteries contain no heavy metals, eliminating the environmental impact of mining these metals, and reducing the risk of environmental contamination on disposal.
